Q: Will my Credit Card Statement show a Charge from Mental Health Helpline?
A: No, Your credit card with show a charge from JFL Care Inc.  It will not reference the Mental Health Helpline on your statement.
Q: Do we accept other forms of payment?
A: Yes, You can mail a check or money order to the address on our Contact us page.  We will contact you as soon as we receive your payment
Q: How do I know I am getting help from a real Doctor?
A: In addition the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology check credentials of qualified practitioners in private practices across the country.  This organization can be contacted at www.nationalregister.org or by writing to them at 1120 G Street, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20005, to answer any questions you have about a psychologist providing counseling services.
Q: Is it confidential?
A: This type of therapy is confidential.  The only person that will have access to the information you provide is the Doctor.
Q: Can anyone access my personal information?
A: No person can access your personal information.  All electronic transmission between the patient and the Doctor is submitted on a secured server and is encrypted for your protection
Q: What is a secured server?
A: A secured server encrypts all information transmitted so it cannot be read by any outside source.  More simply put your personal information is scrambled when it is transmitted so that only the recipient of the information can read it.
Q: Do we accept insurance?
